QUALIOPI, what is it?
The law of September 5, 2018 establishes the certification obligation for all service providers offering actions contributing to the development of skills that operate on the conventional market (public funds and/or mutual/parity funds).
AFNOR Certification is accredited to carry out certification according to the QUALIOPI National Quality Standard (RNQ).
The QUALIOPI National Quality Standard (RNQ) includes 7 criteria divided into 32 indicators.
These indicators primarily concern the methods of designing and carrying out a service.
- The 7 criteria evaluated are:
- Inform the public: Communicate, bring the services to the attention of the public and inform them of the modalities
- Design the service: Identify the objectives of the services in order to adapt them to the needs of the targeted audiences
- Implement the service: Ensure monitoring and support adapted to learners
- Master the necessary means: Adequacy of educational, technical and supervisory means for the success of learners
- Master the skills of people: Ensure the qualification and development of skills of the people providing the services
- Monitor your environment: Be aware of market developments and get involved in the professional environment
- Get evaluated: Take into account the assessments and recommendations collected during evaluations to improve services
