Gfi Informatique strengthens its software offering with the acquisition of SIS

More recently, building on its experience, the company has also developed an alert and emergency operational management solution for sensitive sites, such as “Seveso” sites, including public transport (railway stations, airports, etc.) and, more generally, for all utilities. This solution perfectly meets the new expectations of Utilities in the security and emergency fields.
The company generates revenue of around €13 million and has a workforce of around 80 people.
With this acquisition, Gfi Informatique has a triple ambition:
