Inetum launches its content-management solution called Business Document Unity

An innovative platform based on 4 key processe

Business Document Unity addresses the need for content management in organisations with 4 key processes for:

  • Capture via scanning of paper documents and automatic retrieval of emails, to facilitate access to information for employees.
  • Conservation and archiving of documents (paper, digital, video, audio) for which access is protected by authentication mechanisms, and which are encrypted for greater security in accordance with the personal data management regulations in force (GDPR).  
  • Creation of document templates to build your company’s repository. The Business Document Unity platform provides users with full CCM (Customer Communication Management) and desktop publishing capabilities for easier content creation, customisation and automated delivery.  
  • Lastly, with its integrated sharing, omnichannel distribution, business workflow and digital document capabilities, the Business Document Unity platform provides internal teams and customers with a new, smoother, collaborative file and document management experience.

Business Document Unity can be rolled out in on premise or in the cloud to accelerate its rollout and integration by getting Inetum to take care of infrastructure implementation, application configuration and run.
