Product information
The catalog of specialties allows a structure at three levels: GENERIC, PRESENTATION and TRADEMARK. It is also possible to carry a file for each medical product, raw material, packaging material or tool that the Pharmacy service manages. The system allows the introduction and maintenance of clinical data (aids and notices for the prescription), supply and indications of each product.
Fabrication
Magisterial formulas, mixtures of different drugs, cytostatics, repackaging of products, etc.
Calculation of the number of mixtures to be prepared and patients scheduled per day for the optimization of time and space resources in Day Hospital and service of Pharmacy.
Full integration between manufacturing and orders so that any change in a pattern is automatically communicated in manufacturing to avoid dose errors.
Record of the manufacturing process of Formulas and Kits, analytical controls, bibliographic reference and information for patients.
Hospital dispensing and dispensing to external
Complete process of unit doses and management of medication carts (preparation, allocation, differences, returns, etc.).
The system guarantees the continuous process of medication, being able to prepare trolleys for different time periods and dates. The possibility of filling carts for more than 24 hours, several daily carts and a calendar of holidays in which the Hospital does not prepare unit-dose carts is contemplated. Possibility of integration with dispenser cabinets Management and control of dispensing to outpatients.

Provisioning and storage
Complete management of logistics and supplies in the general pharmacy warehouse, or in the different medicine warehouses of the hospital.
The system allows the management of MULTIPURCHASE WAREHOUSES, with N purchasing warehouses and N secondary warehouses dependent on each of the purchasing warehouses. The definition of several conditions of purchase of the same product from different suppliers is contemplated. For this, the introduction of the concept of Contract (agreement of purchase conditions with a supplier. This agreement may come from a public tender, negotiated procedure or an offer), as well as the implication of this new concept in all the management of orders.
Medication
Electronic prescription of medicines.
The medical prescription is designed to support the daily work of physicians in recording patients’ medications. Prescriptions received by the pharmacy service, duly signed by the requesting physicians, are subjected to a validation process by the Pharmacy. This validation, the responsibility of the pharmacists, is the previous step to the preparation of the unit doses and their shipment to the plants for their administration to the patients.
Prescription Aids
Generation of prescription protocols and pharmacological guides. It facilitates the prescription with its corresponding doses, guidelines, etc., classified according to the pathologies of each of the hospital services.
Prescription alarm system (routes, doses, allergies, interactions, restrictions, administration speeds).
Prescription validation
Evaluation and validation of the medical prescription by the pharmacy service (possibility of introducing observations and modifications), allowing communication between the pharmacy service and the doctors.
Medication administration
Generation of nursing records and administration management.
The system provides the Nursing Units with the registration of the medication administered to the patient according to the last medical prescription of the patient signed by the doctor (or validated by the Pharmacy service).
Nursing staff have a table per patient in which they have perfectly detailed the medication to be administered to the patient (dose, time, route of administration…).
